  • Standard: 50% deposit, 50% upon completion.

    For projects over $1,500: Split into 3 installments (33% / 33% / 34%).

Timeline & Process

    • Single Release: 5-7 business days

    • EP Branding: 2-3 weeks

    • Full Album: 3-4 weeks

    • YouTube Creator Pack: 1-2 weeks

    • 3D Visualizer: 2-4 weeks

      Rush delivery available for 25-50% additional fee (2-3 days for most packages).

  • Most packages include 2-3 rounds of revisions at no extra cost. Additional rounds available for $75-$150 per round.

  • That's normal! During our discovery call, I'll ask questions about your music and audience. I can create mood boards with 2-3 visual styles to help you decide. You don't need it all figured out.

Files & Deliverables

    All files optimized for each platform (Spotify, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

  • Yes! Once paid in full, you own full commercial rights. I retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio (unless we agree otherwise).

  • Source files (Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender) available for additional $100-$300 depending on complexity.

Policies

  • We'll have multiple check-ins and revision rounds. If after the first concept you feel we're not a good fit, I'll refund 50% of your deposit. I don't consider a project done until you're excited about it.

  • Before work begins: Full refund within 48 hours of booking.

    After work begins: Prorated refunds based on work completed.

    After final delivery: No refunds once files are approved and delivered.
